CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that helps remove fascial restrictions. Our fascia is like smart Saran Wrap; it adapts to your movements. SAY MORE HERE.

CST also down-regulates the nervous system. If you’re stuck in a fight-or-flight loop (anxious, tense, always "on"), CST can guide your body toward parasympathetic dominance — the rest, digest, and heal mode.

It can be effective for tension headaches, cluster headaches, or migraines. It helps ease subtle restrictions in the cranial membranes, as well as in the spinal canal, to allow cerebrospinal fluid to flow properly, which reduces pressure and improves function.

If you’ve got mysterious pain or dysfunction that doesn’t show up on scans or bloodwork, CST can be a way to address underlying tension patterns, fascial restrictions, or emotional holding patterns that aren’t otherwise visible.

Trauma and Somatic processing

CST can help access deeply held trauma in a safe, non-verbal way. It doesn’t require you to re-tell your story. It works well in tandem with psychotherapy or EMDR for people healing from PTSD, birth trauma, or chronic emotional stress.

Support for infants and children

CST is gentle enough for babies and is commonly used for birth trauma, colic, latching issues, torticollis, and developmental imbalances. Many pediatricians and midwives refer to CST for non-invasive early intervention.

Body awareness / meditation aid

CST can enhance your awareness of inner space, breath, fluid movement, and stillness—making it a powerful tool for body-based mindfulness, energy work, or meditation practice.
